Built by a physician — for clinicians
Hi — I'm Dr. Annie DePasquale, a board-certified Family Medicine physician and entrepreneur.
Several years ago, I founded Collaborating Docs, a platform that has helped thousands of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates connect with collaborating physicians. Over time, an important theme emerged:
"I'm a pharmacist. Can you help me find a collaborating physician too?"
As pharmacists took on more advanced clinical roles — particularly in community and ambulatory care — the need for collaboration support became clear. Yet the process of finding a collaborating physician was still fragmented, inconsistent, and difficult to navigate.
Pharmacists wanted clarity.

So I created CollabMatch — the first platform designed specifically to support pharmacist–physician collaboration through modern technology and transparent, professional connection.
