Our Story
Built by a physician — for clinicians
Hi — I'm Dr. Annie DePasquale, a board-certified Family Medicine physician and entrepreneur.
Several years ago, I founded Collaborating Docs, a platform that has helped thousands of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates connect with collaborating physicians. Through that work, I heard a recurring theme:
"Pharmacists are increasingly engaged in direct patient-care roles — but the collaboration process is unclear and difficult to navigate."
At the same time, pharmacists were expanding into innovative patient-care roles — particularly in community and ambulatory settings — yet the process of finding a collaborating physician remained fragmented, inefficient, and opaque.
Pharmacists wanted clarity.
Physicians wanted structure.
Patients needed access.
So I created CollabMatch — a physician-led platform designed to support pharmacist–physician collaboration through modern technology and transparent, professional connection.
